This is an overview of a general fitness routine and goal setting.
II. Individualized Workout Plan - $75/month
Daily workouts provided with weekly email interaction. A one time per month telephone consultation is also avalable.
III. Individual Training Sessions - $40/hour
One on one workouts. I will help you with your run, swim or bike workout (actually do it with you). This provides that little bit of extra motivation!
IV. Race Ready Package - $99/month- three month minimum
Specific goal setting gearing towards a particular race or event. This plan includes a weekly training plan, weekly email and telephone interaction.
V. Group Training Sessions
Training sessions for you and your pals!
Two athletes - $30/person/hour
Three athletes - $25/person/hour
Four or more - $20/person/hour
VI. "So YOU want to TRI" program: $25.00 for Whistlestop and YTRI (Part 1)
One program that will get you through the Whistlestop Duathlon and continue your training for the Y Tri Triathlon. This program will begin Sunday, February 17, 2008. We will meet at the Irondale Community School at 2:00p.m. for an informational meeting.
9 week training program provided that you can "fit" to your life or pick a package above for extra instruction. The starting date for this program will be announced closer to day. Transition tips will be shown and discussed. Brief overview of the Whistlestop and Powerkids Duathlons. Short walk/run and bike ride will be included in the day activites.
VII. "So YOU want to TRI" program: $25.00 for Buster Britton (Part 2)
One program that will get you ready for the Y Tri and Buster Britton triathlon. This program will begin Saturday, April 19 at 9:00am.
10 week training program provided that you can "fit" to your life or pick a package above for extra instruction. The time and date for this program will be announced closer to time. All activities will begin from the Oak Mountain State Park, Buster Britton Transition area. Transition tips will be shown and discussed. Brief overview of the Buster Britton Triathlon. Short walk/run and bike ride will be included in the day activites.
VIII. "I TRI-ed, I liked, give me MORE" program: $30.00 per week for Mountain Lakes Triathlon (Advanced)
Advanced training program that will enhance your performance at Buster Britton and bring out your best at Mountain Lakes Triathlon. Daily training 12 week program provided that you can "fit" to your life or pick a package above for extra instruction. Start your life change or continue on your journey.
Kick off for this program is immediate via of email (12 week training plan) for all that advance/register from "So YOU want to TRI" part 1. Hands on clinic begins at Oak Mountain State Park, Buster Britton Transition area. The specific date and time will be announced closer to day. Advanced transition tips and moves will be shown and discussed. Brief overview of the Buster Britton Triathlon. Short walk/run and bike ride for beginners, longer workouts for advanced will be included in the day activites.
